Fire Safety Adviser
Chubb Training’s Fire Safety Adviser course is nationally recognised and designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to perform the duties of a Fire Safety Adviser.
Under the Queensland Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008, high occupancy buildings must appoint a Fire Safety Adviser. A Fire Safety Adviser must hold a “current building fire safety qualification”. Successfully completing Chubb’s Fire Safety Adviser training course will ensure you have the required building fire safety qualification.
Chubb Training’s Fire Safety Adviser course is delivered over two days. Chubb’s trainers are fully qualified and currently practicing Fire Safety Advisers. All our trainers are licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) to develop and approve emergency evacuation procedures and plans.
To remain current, a Fire Safety Adviser must have a building fire safety qualification issued within the last three years. If you are looking to re-certify your Fire Safety Adviser qualification, Chubb Training also delivers a Fire Safety Adviser Refresher Course. The Fire Safety Adviser Refresher Course is designed to refresh and update your fire safety knowledge and skills.
Chubb Training’s Fire Safety Adviser course has been developed to meet the requirements of Australian Standard 3745-2010: Planning for emergencies in facilities and the Queensland Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008.
