Chubb's Code Red Alarm Signalling Equipment (ASE) is installed at your fire panel. In the event of an alarm, the ASE conveys the fire alarm data signal to the Fire Brigade via our 24 X 7 monitoring centre. Our Code Red InSite product allows you to receive a far greater level of alarm information than other fire alarm monitoring providers.

A major fire can occur at any time. Buildings are most at risk when closed or unoccupied. If your fire alarm system is not monitored, vital minutes can pass before a ringing bell gets noticed, if at all. The Fire Brigade receives a signal within 15 seconds of the alarm activation on site. At the same time, our monitoring centre staff notify your nominated contacts - as listed in our data base. Messages can be by phone, SMS, Fax or e-mail. Alarms are automatically monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
